Featuring 4 bedroom 3.5 baths. Enter the open concept Great Room with striking stone fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for the inspired home Chef. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, Sub Zero fridge. Downstairs Bonus/Rec room with wet bar, workout bicycle and 50” Flat panel Tv. With adjacent en-suite bath & private deck. Expansive 3 car garage so plenty of room if you have oversized vehicles. All Bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. Master bedroom is very large with a master bathroom that includes a large shower and bathtub, and the best part is the hot tub that is located on a private deck attached to the bedroom. Down the hallway you will find 2 more bedrooms with a full bathroom. Also located on the level is a guest suite that has a full bathroom and small private deck. Location: You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Take a 5 minute drive down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East shore trail that will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Once inside, we were blown away by the beauty of the view from the main room of the property. The house itself was lovely, with a fully equipped kitchen, amenities in the bathrooms and beds that were a dream to sleep on. The property manager was extremely attentive. We encountered a small problem (an inoperable coffee pot), but when we reported it, a person with a brand new coffee pot was ringing the doorbell within 20 minutes. The new machine was set up and we were not inconvenienced at all! It's in a quiet location of Incline but close to everything. We got the private beach pass and that was amazing. We have a 1.5yr old and the house was relatively child proof by not having a lot of things my daughter could grab. There are stairs but we brought a gate and managed the main stairs.
