Family-Friendly. 5 mins to Diamond Peak Welcome to our charming, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean townhome-nestled in nature with a tranquil creek flowing just behind the deck. Located in a small, quiet community, the home offers two reserved parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the house. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops. Our family-friendly, two-story home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360 for all ages. While the home does not have air conditioning, it stays comfortable with provided window and floor fans. Guests can enjoy access to a heated community swimming pool during the summer season (typically June through Labor Day). Smoking and pets are not allowed. Short-Term Rental Permit: WSTR 000182-APP-2021 HOUSE LAYOUT BEDROOMS (all located upstairs) Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, TV, and Xbox 360.
