Fully equipped with three large flat screen TV's, corner fireplace, new furnishings, carpet, granite, a long balcony, queen bed, blackout shades, dishes, numerous pans and utensils, and parking in a carport right at the front door. Outstanding value for less than a basic hotel room at the Luxury Hotel, which this condo overlooks. It is very well maintained and adheres to strict cleaning standards. Deck has a serene setting for viewing sunsets over the lake and a dark night sky. It may be the best value there is in N Lake Tahoe. The thing we were most disappointed with was the lack of AC in the unit although there was a thermostat but it didn’t blow cool air They do provide a couple of box fans which helped with the uncomfortable conditions though ##### Rick T. The video check in showed an employee on screen and she was panicked in trying to find our reservation. My brother was already looking for another stay bc the clerk couldn’t find us. I was worried. Once she found us it was easy to find our condo. It had a couple of flights of stairs. It provided very basic amenities. Bring your own coffee and basics for kitchen. Beds were comfortable and nice towels. When we got up in the morning, the lake views were AMAZING and made the entire stay!!! Close the binds if you leave for the day bc the sun comes blasting in.
