Ideal for relaxation, it's near the lake, eateries, shops, and outdoor fun including disc golf, BMX, tennis, pickleball, breweries, hiking, and biking. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with a dash of excitement! LOFT: A serene space to unwind and bond with loved ones. There is. a workstation in the loft area! KITCHEN: Equipped with everything required for your culinary adventures. MASTER SUITE: Features a sofa, streaming TV, electric tea kettle, a comfortable queen bed, and a quaint patio. We do not provide app logins. LIVING AREA: Boasts a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood), a large streaming TV, ample seating, a breakfast bar, and a dining table, creating the perfect setting for your group to relax and share joyful moments. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. \*\*\*\* PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES  During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.  This home does not have AC.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.  No smoking  No parties or events  Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.  This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests! MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. \*\*\*All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours\*\*\* NO street parking allowed! 2 cars on parking lot (BOTH Uncovered) Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules. Note on Map Distances and Beaches: The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.
