There is also a private gated patio located at the property entrance great for relaxing and grilling. We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform. Incline Village bike/ walking path is minutes from your front door. This path is 4 to 7 miles if you choose to ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lake Tahoe Sand Harbor State Beach.
