The home features 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people comfortably with a large living space, master suite, and remodeled kitchen. The complex is landscaped and has a community hot tub just steps away plus you will be within walking distance to the lake, about 5 minutes away. You are also just steps away from the Hyatt Casino and only 5 minutes drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Perfect place for the family! Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy. Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools, and hot tubs are only open for homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. I like the location of the McCloud condos and this is the nicest one I've stayed in. It was very comfotable and well appointed. This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo, and we will be back again next Summer for our annual family reunion in Incline. If not going to have air-conditioning, which is completely understandable, I would advise having overhead fans in bedrooms and living area. In July and August it gets really warm even when you open the windows. Guest bathroom shower. The knob for shower didn’t really work. The only option was to take a really cold shower or really hot shower so I would suggest having somebody come look at it. ##### Stephanie S.
