A large TV with streaming services is available in the sitting area, next to a beautiful, bricked fireplace. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). When we first entered, we were struck by how dark the whole place was. The lighting is terrible throughout, especially in the kitchen. The place did not look like it had been cleaned - the carpet was dirty, trash left on the balcony, all of the sheets were stained, and the showers were gross. In addition, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t work, and there was no hairdryer in the unit. I contacted vacasa immediately to let them know of all the issues we encountered. I was asked to send pictures, check the router, and check the batteries in the remote. I did all of these things, but it did not make a difference. Nobody was sent to the unit to help us out, nor was any other assistance offered to remedy the issues. We felt uncomfortable enough in the unit to leave and stay at a hotel after the first night. I still have not heard anything back from the company that rents these units. ##### Patricia G.
