"Room size was good, but there was no lift in the hostel. The staff was so nice who helped me to take the luggage to the room. It’s clean. Space was enough to open two medium size luggage in the same time. Hair dryer, microwave, kitchen with sink and induction cooker were in the each of the room so we did not need to share with others. "The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice (spacious and modern). The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location has many restaurants and stores around it, walking distance. The Eunseo subway station is right across the street, an easy access to ICN airport. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport (not from). Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. "

"The only issue we had was that the room was a little dusty. Not excessive but my wife is asthmatic and it did affect her. I had no such issues and the room, otherwise, was very clean, in good condition and the staff were super friendly. Didn’t try the breakfast because we were out early. I would recommend this hotel and it was excellent value for money. There was a shop next door. Very close to the terminal and perfect for a layover. "

"If you like brutalist architecture with a high-end feel then this is the place for you. If lots of concrete and ultra modern decor is not your thing then avoid. It wasn’t really our thing. The shop on site was well stocked. The cleaning staff and some of the front of house staff were cheerful. Cannot fault the sea-view room. Comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom. Super clean. Tiered breakfast dining room involved different levels and steps which could be a struggle for elderly people. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Coffee was ok. On a lay-over didn’t use the pool or gym so can’t comment but looked good. "

"I had a difficult experience at the hotel as the toilet was leaking throughout the night, I slipped when entering the bathroom, injured my back and knee, I went to eat at the restaurant in the hotel the following day and I began choking on a piece of hard plastic that was in my Kimchi Jiggae soup and was spitting out blood. It was not a pleasant experience, sadly :("
