Free WiFi Villa located in the countryside of Inca. It offers views of the countryside and mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. people. The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2\. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones. The privacy of the villa is partial and you can park a total of 5 vehicles, 4 outdoors and 1 in the garage. Upon entering the house there is the area where the air-conditioned living room, dining room and kitchen are located. In the living room you can unwind from the daily routine watching satellite television, a DVD movie or through a good read. The dining room is the place to share endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is partially separated from the living room by a bar and it has everything you need to cook up a feast, including gas stove. The laundry area of this property is independent and has 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The bedroom with double bed offers a shower bathroom en-suite. Besides, there’s a separate bath with bath tub. We can supply two cots and two high chairs upon request. The house is located in Inca, a town in the center of the island with charm, tranquility and shops where you can find everything you may need during your stay. Besides all this, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of its leather shops, for its famous cellars (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and its traditional "Thursday" market, which has beeb held uninterruptedly for over 7 centuries. The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches which date from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest. This mountain is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island. And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town, they can visit the Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces where you can take a drink. Only 25 min. away by car you can reach the Bay of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline. It is dominated by sandy, tranquil beaches, alternating with more animated ones, like the on in Port of Alcudia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, Mückennetze vor jedem Fenster, sehr ruhige Gegend und doch unweit von allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großer Garten, großer und tiefer Pool, viele Handtücher, sogar für den Strand. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation durch den Vermieter und seinen Sohn. Empfang mit einem gefüllten Obstkorb und kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank. Séjour de 14 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Andreas S. 2 oct. 2018 #### Super schöne Finca, ruhig und ländlich gelegen aber doch auch verkehrsgünstig. Wir waren dieses Jahr zu Gast in dieser Finca. Bei der Anreise war sie schwer zu finden, da die angegebene Adresse mehrere Navigationsprgramme nicht kannten. Mit den Koordinaten in Google-Maps lief es dann reibungslos. An der Finca wurden wir bereits vom spanisch sprechenden Vermieter und seinem englisch sprechenden Sohn erwartet. Beide waren äußerst freundlich. Der Vermieter kam in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes 3 Mal in den zeitigen Morgenstunden vorbei zur Pflege der Pflanzen und des Pools auf dem Grundstück. Wenn wir durch unsere Kinder nicht schon munter gewesen wären, hätten wir ihn nicht mit bekommen. Die Finca selbst bietet alles was man benötigt und ist sehr sauber. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, so dass man nach einem langen Strandtag sich ein lecker Abendessen zubereiten kann. Weiterhin gibt es eine überdachte Grillecke, in welcher ein normaler Holzkohlegrill, eine fest verbaute Feuerstelle und ein Steinofen zum Backen und kochen vorhanden sind. W-Lan und Satellitenfernsehen sind ebenfalls vorhanden zum Ausklingen lassen eines langen Tages auf 2 gemütlichen Sofas. Oder man beschließt den Tag in der überdachten großzügigen Sitzecke vor der Tür mit dem unverbauten Blick in die Berge im Norden der Insel. Die Einrichtung der Finca ist nicht hoch modern aber passt zu dem Flair der Finca. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes waren sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Bei Problemen mit der Finca ist der Vermiter innerhalb von Minuten vor Ort und sofort bemüht alle Probleme direkt aus der Welt zu schaffen. Zu den beliebten Badestränden von Alcudia und Can Picafort sind ebenso wie in die Hauptstadt Palma keine 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Somit lässt sich die Insel von dieser Finca aus in alle Richtungen super erkunden. Weiter ist es auch ein zentraler Startpunkt um die Insel mit dem Rad zu erkunden.
