  • Beautiful, comfortable and stylish country house with garden, private pool, air conditioning and central heating

    Surrounded by more than 4 hectares of breathtaking natural beauty in the heart of Sa Part Forana, this Mallorca holiday home immerses you in the authentic history of the region in a former farmers house.
    Situated in the Llubi countryside, this ancient structure was respectfully restored by its owners who, while searching for the home of their dreams, stumbled across the dilapidated ruins and fell in love.

    The home is divided into two floors, each one striking in its authenticity with massive rustic pine beams, limestone walls, and rustic tile, with open spaces offering beautiful views of the property.
    From the grand entrance, you reach a spacious ground floor living and dining room with a large fireplace and sitting areas that connect to a large and well-equipped kitchen. Next to the living room there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, both lovingly decorated and following the old style of the house.

    On the upper floor, there is a cozy main room with two 110 cm beds, it also has a double room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

    The house provides Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning and central heating for those wishing to stay during winter.

    The house offers space to accommodate up to six people with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

    In front of the house you will find the wonderful private pool, with a covered terrace with "chill out" style furniture and a ping pong table, as well as a barbecue and wood oven to enjoy long evenings.

    The land is ideal for walking and exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside, as well as the large garden, there is also a farm where a few animals such as sheep live.

    Additional information:
    Central heating is charged separately and according to guests consumption at a cost of 1.5€/ Litre.

Hard to Say Goodbye!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Can Cortana! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. The outdoor spaces were so beautifully designed and comfortable offering multiple places to relax in both sun and shade. The indoor spaces were spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Entspannendes Paradies

Can Cortana ist eine wunderbare, geschmackvoll renovierte Finca mit genug Platz für 6 Personen. Wir haben uns dort 3 Wochen lang zuhause gefühlt. Sowohl draussen als auch drinnen ist alles sehr gepflegt, und die Mischung aus klassisch Mallorquinischen Elementen und modernem, lässigem Stil hat uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist mit 4x10 m ausreichend gross. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Inca, und auch nach Llubí und Sineu ist es sehr nah. Zum Strand zB Playa de Muro muss man gut 20 Minuten rechnen. Der Kontakt mit Agentur und Besitzer hat super geklappt. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und überlegen, ob wir bald wieder buchen.

Fantastic Rural Retreat

We have recently returned from from a week at this wonderful house. It more than lived up to our expectations and is even better in reality than it looks in the pictures. Booking was easy and the service provided by the agent was first class. The villa is located in a very quiet country setting a 10 minute drive from Inca which has a number of big supermarkets. I can honestly say this is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in and we wanted for nothing. Inside the home has been sympathetically restored to a high standard and due to the style of the building stays very cool (although there is air conditioning throughout). The outdoor space is exceptional and was so nice and well thought out we did not venture far very often. As a family with two older teenagers there was plenty space for everyone to hang out and the boys enjoyed using the pool, table tennis table and day beds. The house is well located for visiting many parts of the island with Port de Pollença and Alcudia an easy 25 minute drive. This is a fantastic house for anyone looking for a relaxing break or a base to explore the island from. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and think it is highly possible that we will return in the future.

Lovely Refuge in the center of the Island

We had a wonderful holiday in Can Cortana. Contact with both agency as well as owner were friendly and helpful. The Finca is renovated in style, using lots of reclaimed antique building materials and combined with modern elements. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice and modern. For colder days it has a supercosy fireplace. We liked the peaceful area, which is 5 minutes to Inca but totally in the countryside. The pool is amazing. We would definitely come back!
