In the district of Hochimst 1.4 km from the centre of Imst, on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 400 m from the lake, from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: reception, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Hochimst" 300 m, railway station "Imst/Pitztal" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake 400 m. Golf course (27 hole) 30 km, tennis 400 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 400 m, sled run, cross country ski track, ice rink, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Längste Alpenachterbahn der Welt 300 m, Area47 17 km, Aqua Dom Längenfeld 39 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hoch-Imst 400 m, Hochzeiger-Jerzens 19 km, Ötz-Hochötz 21 km. Hiking paths: Starkenberger Panoramaweg 400 m, Rosengartenschlucht 300 m.
