Experience the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside just a stone’s throw from Florence in this charming farmhouse set amidst rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards. Located only 2 km from the picturesque village of Impruneta and 10 km from Florence, this 1-bedroom ground-floor flat is part of a serene 15-hectare estate.  
  
The apartment opens into a warm, spacious living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring an oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi, private parking, a cot, and a high chair are available, and pets are welcome.  
  
Step outside onto the private terrace for al fresco meals with breathtaking views of the hills. Guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including a shared salt-water swimming pool, a BBQ area under a pergola of strawberry grape vines, and optional olive oil tastings or lavender picking in season.
