We were greeted with warm smiles and friendliness. My girlfriend was wished a happy birthday and when we got to our room there was a special birthday message for her. The rooftop hot pool was absolutely amazing and the rooftop heated floor was great. Our view was very nice and room was clean. The underground parking has a clearance of 7 feet so my truck fit with no issues and the complimentary bus passes allowed us explore Banff while leaving my vehicle at the hotel. We ate supper at the restaurant attached to the hotel and we were not impressed. Over priced and under delivered, the quantity and flavour did not match the price, in our opinion. There was no gluten friendly menu options and our server was not able to confidently answer questions on what was gluten friendly. Hotel is for sure a 10/10\. Restaurant is a 5/10\.
