The property really fit our needs. We were disappointed that the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The windows were filthy, the interior had not been dusted, the toilet was not cleaned, and there was a build up of black mold on the water and ice dispenser of the refrigerator. The patio porch was filthy with bird droppings all over the railing and deck. We spent no let than 8 days cleaning that included washing all the windows and window screens.
