Independent portion of a house with private swimming pool, panoramic terrace and exclusive garden, ideal for a relaxing holiday in Liguria. The outdoor sea-view pool (40 sqm), accessible via 10 steps, is perfect for cooling off on summer days. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue, wood-fired oven and outdoor shower, making the most of the outdoor spaces.  
  
Located in a quiet area, just 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Imperia, the villa is a strategic base for seaside walks and for discovering charming Ligurian villages such as Parasio, Dolcedo, Lucinasco and Borgomaro. Also ideal for trekking lovers, with scenic trails through olive groves, dry-stone walls and panoramic countryside.  
  
The property also includes 3 private on-site parking spaces.  
The owner lives on the property and acts as caretaker, ensuring assistance and privacy.

Access to the entrance is via about ten steps. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and an open mezzanine (without a door) with a double bed. The bathroom features a shower and a whirlpool bathtub with a handheld showerhead. Completing the property is a large private terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
