Villa Al Bistrot dei Vinai is a modern, comfortable residence with 6 apartments, built in 2022\. It offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan for your holiday rental. The residence is situated in a sunny residential area in Caramagna, just 1.5 km from the center of Imperia, Italy.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a large, well-kept garden of 1,000 m2, fenced with lawns, flowers, and a sunbathing area. It features a seasonal swimming pool (5 x 15 m, depth 140 cm, available from May 1 to October 31). Outdoor facilities include a shower, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground with a slide. The garden and pool are maintained by the owner/gardener.  
  
Other Information  
The residence offers convenient amenities such as a lift, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, shared washing machine and tumble dryer, and bicycle rental. There is also a storeroom available for guests. The property has motor access and covered communal parking for 6 cars. Villa Al Bistrot dei Vinai is conveniently located near various attractions. The bus stop is just 100 m away, while the Imperia railway station is 6 km from the property. The pebble beach at Borgo Prino is 2 km away. Nearby attractions include mountain biking at Monte Faudo (7 km) in Dolcedo, the coastal cycling path from Imperia to Ospedaletti (2 km), and the charming village of Valloria with its 150 painted doors (10 km). A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment spanning 56 square meters on the ground floor. The apartment features a bright and modern design with tasteful furnishings, including a double bedroom, a living/dining room with satellite TV and a flat screen, and another room with one bed and one pull-out bed. Both the living/dining room and the additional room provide direct access to the garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes fully equipped with a kitchenette featuring an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchenette also includes a dining table. Other amenities include a shower, bidet, toilet, air-conditioning, forced-air heating, and a large 20-square-meter terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Additional facilities provided are an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. You will also have access to reserved parking for one car and a garage for another car.  
  
Other Information  
The vacation apartment, named "Rossese," allows one pet or dog. It is a spacious and comfortable accommodation, perfect for families or small groups, with a maximum capacity of four guests. The apartment boasts two bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience during your stay. Enjoy the outdoor space with the terrace and direct access to the garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation.
