It is strategically located 450 metres from the sea, for a truly super holiday. The accommodation is close to all amenities: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and entertainment venues.  
  
The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.  
  
There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a small terrace communicating with the second bedroom and the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning; living room with sofa bed, TV and balcony; kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster; bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and hairdryer.  
  
To complete the property free WiFi connection, rotating condominium parking, air conditioning in the bedrooms, condominium heating. The apartment is on the third floor and has a lift.  
  
The gem of this holiday flat is the direct access to the bicycle path, which connects Imperia with Ospedaletti, which always runs close to the sea and offers a route of more than 30 km through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori, from San Lorenzo al Mare via Riva Ligure, Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational!
