"Sem dúvidas, atualmente, este é o melhor hotel de Imperatriz. Novo, bem localizado, dispõe de serviços e comodidades muito boas (salão, academia, restaurante etc) e fica ao lado do Shipping Imperial, que dá pra ir andando. Os quartos são limpos, novos, cama confortavel, variado café da manhã, wi fi, estacionamento, e alem do mais, dispõe de uma equipe atenciosa. Indico."

"There is no parking around the property—only street parking. When we got there we were told that the elevator was broken and we were not offered any help with our bags—I have lung issues from Covid so hauling a suitcase up 5 flights was not great. There were minimal lights on the stairs so that was a safety issue also. When we got to our room it was between 85-90 degrees because the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and the window in the room was just cracked open, so...

"Food quality and presentation awful. Waiter took his dear time to appear, was inattentive, refused to accept a simple change to the dish. Night lamp im my room defective. Room decoration awful. Bad attitude of concierge at checkout."

"I was visiting my home town with my boyfriend (we're a gay couple) and was really worried we would be disrespected by non-LGBTQ friendly staff, specially given I know the city and how it can be unfriendly at some places, and Bristol seemed like a safe choice. We couldn't be happier! The staff was really friendly and welcoming of us, treated us really well, was very helpful when needed. The rooms where also very comfortable (the most comfortable we've had on our trip to Brazil), AC was working perfectly and the breakfast was really good and authentic. Couldn't recommend more :)"
