The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The large plot around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around. A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity. The spacious apartment EifelNatur 2 "Weinfelder Maar" is on the first floor of the house. Due to the separate rear entrance, which allows direct access to the property and parking for your car, the apartment has the appearance of a ground floor location. The south-facing balcony and the terrace with charcoal grill and garden seating invite you to linger and enjoy. On the common terrace behind the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing, slide and climbing frame as well as seating. In bad weather, the open fireplace in the large living / dining room with flickering log fire offers a nice feel-good atmosphere. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden (außer Föhn und Spülmaschine). Es ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig, Wohn- und Esszimmer auch. Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend. Die Gegend ist dörflich, gut zum Wandern. Läden gibts nicht im Dorf, zum einkaufen muss man ins nächste Dorf (etwa 5 km). Mein Handy hatte keinen Empfang, aber es gibt WLAN (5€ pauschal für den gesamten Aufenthalt ). Wir waren mit 4 Leuten hier, alle um die 50\. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Jul 25, 2017 #### "Gerne wieder" Das Haus liegt idyllisch am sanften Hang eines Eifelvulkans in der Ortschaft Immerath. Wer es ruhig abseits von Straßenlärm mag und mal wieder nur von einem Hahn der Nachbarschaft geweckt werden möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Hahn geht aber manchmal nach dem Mond ... Die dörfliche Lage bedeutet aber auch, dass der nächste Supermarkt eigentlich nur mit dem Auto über serpentinenartige Straßen (Vulkaneifel) zu erreichen ist. Die Anschlussstelle zur nächsten Autobahn A1 dagegen ist ziemlich genau in der Mitte zwischen den "Touristenmetropolen" Trier und Koblenz in ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt (B421) erreichbar. Die von uns gemietete Wohnung "Vulkaneifel 2" nimmt auf dem Foto die mittlere Etage ein. Die anderen beiden Etagen und auch das Nachbarhaus dienen den Vermietern ebenfalls als Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter selbst, die übrigens sehr nett und freundlich waren, wohnen Luftlinie vielleicht 500 m entfernt. Man wird mit allem versorgt, was man zum Ferien machen so braucht: WLAN, Balkon, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Tischtennisplatte, Freizeitspiele, Bücher, Billardtisch, Kickertisch, Grill, Garten, Parkplatz, Brötchen-Bringe-Service, kleines Getränke- und Speisenangebot im Keller (falls man mal vergessen hat, einzukaufen), touristische Informationen, TV mit Satellitenantenne, 2 Bäder je mit Dusche und WC, Festnetztelefon, Babybett, etc., etc. Alles in Allem also viel zu kurze zwei Wochen und deshalb das "Gerne wieder". ##### Rene M. Divossen wird man freundlich wilkommen geheißen mit Handschlag,nettem lächeln einem ausführlichen Rundgang und einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Obstkorb. Die Ferienwohnung'Eifel2' ist geschätzte 95qm groß und altmodisch - aber bis in's letzte Detail durchdacht und gemütlich eingerichtet! Ob es der superfreundliche Brötchenservice,die unten stehende Waschmaschine,die wenn benötigt zu erwerbenden Lebensmittel( in Bioqualität) und Getränke,die absolut traumhaften Betten oder die absolut großzügig bestückte Küche ist- es fehlt an nichts! Sauna ,Tischkicker und Poolbillard sind ebenso zur Benutzung bereit wie Kinderspielplatz,Spielzeug und Brettspiele! Mit der bereitgelegten Mappe werden die meisten Fragen geklärt und alle wichtigen Adressen aufgeführt. Die Umgebung ist herrlich.... Was uns angeht- jederzeit gerne wieder! Diese Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten ein Rundumsorglospaket, mit einer Betreuung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Aug 10, 2015 #### Mooie ligging, rustige omgeving Woning (middelste woonlaag) is in jaren 70 stijl en deed daarom gedateerd aan. De woning is ruim van opzet en onze woonlaag bood toegang via de voordeur, keuken en twee van de drie slaapkamers. Het heeft een badkamer met douche en nog een aparte doucheruimte. Bij aankomst stond er een gevulde fruitmand en in de eerste koffie en theebehoefte was ook voorzien. In de kelder staat frisdrank en wijn die je kunt gebruiken. De bijkomende faciliteiten zoals het biljart en de tafeltennistafel (buiten) zijn beide krom en daardoor niet echt bruikbaar. Er is ook een sauna en fitness apparaat, die hebben we echter niet gebruikt. De eigenaren zijn heel servicegericht en zorgen voor verse broodjes, eieren, drank en andere benodigdheden die je elke dag via een bestellijst kun opgeven. Er is informatie in de woning m.b.t. restaurants, winkels en belangrijke telefoonnummers. De ligging van de woning is zoals de foto laat zien, aan de rand van het kleine dorpen, tussen de bomen. Het is daar zeer rustig en in de buurt enkele vulkaanmeren (maren). De woning heeft naar onze mening een goede ligging om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor de bezoekjes aan de omliggende natuur, kastelen etc. Hou er wel rekening mee dat op maandag veel restaurants in de regio gesloten zijn (rustdag).
