Designed to take full advantage of its elevated outlook, this apartment offers sweeping river views from its living areas and balcony. Please note: Access to this unit is via stairs only. Ideally located just one block from the boat ramp, and within easy walking distance to local favourites such as Chez Basho Japanese café and the Sunsets Bar, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Watch the Yamba ferry come and go as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cocktail by the water's edge. The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite to the master. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an additional trundle – perfect for families or small groups. Both bedrooms are carpeted and include ceiling fans and timber blinds for added comfort. The open-plan living area and well-equipped kitchen have been designed to make the most of the stunning river outlook. Step outside to the private balcony where you'll find outdoor seating and a BBQ – an ideal spot to unwind and take in the views. Additional features include a single lock-up garage with remote access and extra visitor parking within the complex.
