Room is spiky clean and size is adequate. However, no complimentary water wa found during check in. Alerted reception and they will check with housekeeping but none was given until we checked out the following day. Moreover, doorman was not available to assist us when my elderly mother on wheelchair is coming down the van before checking in..

I like their breakfast buffet and their lobby ( small but nice) The staff are very friendly and helpful to us.
I don’t like that if you used their phone in the room even local calls,you have to go down in the lobby to make a call and the bathroom sink needs to be upgraded.

A very beautiful area of iloilo where you can really enjoy the city. Very lively with a lot of nightlife places to partake. Many various restaurants to choose from and not too far from churches as well. Great roomtop pool and hot tub with the view overlooking iloilo.

Good staff service and decor but a few issues
Great decor and styling but the towels seemed very old and the air conditioning unit was the noisiest of our whole trip! Hope they can sort that, we did inform them. For a little less than Marriott Courtyard they need to get those details right. Otherwise food and staff service was good.

To stay or not to stay again ... stay again
We had an event here and stayed at a superior room for 2 nights. We were on the 4th floor which was convenient. Everything was fine, comfortable beds and beddings. Not much view from the window - overlooking a roof, street and one side of the building. Staff were hands down lovely and nice. I will stay here again.

Regarding your comment about our breakfast, please allow me to explain that we already extended the breakfast hours from the usual 6am-10am to 6am-11am to accommodate all of our guests. We usually have a last call for breakfast at 10:30am to control the food being prepared by our kitchen and to further to avoid wastage of foods. We acknowledge that you arrived 4 minute to closing, so our restaurant staff offered you our ala carte choices since we only have few available in our breakfast spread. It is not in our standard protocol to refuse entry of our inhouse guests, we apologize for any misunderstanding.So, we would like to express our thanks in advance for your kind understanding in this matter. Allow me to explain that we don’t require guests to book their transportation needs directly from us. We have concierge/security personnel on duty that assists guests looking for taxi or cabs from those that are passing by the hotel.We will definitely double our efforts to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Everyone working in Zuri were very welcoming , breakfast was so great , property so clean and anything you requested , they were so prompt in responding . The location is very accessible recreation and transportaion wise . However if your room is near the night life area , you can not sleep because of the crazy noise .

Dear Jacqueline,Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our receptionists would gladly assist you for room transfer if we have available rooms during the stay. Our hotel is located beside bars in Paseo, thus the noise is inevitable. However, we can only offer the back part of our hotel to accommodate a quieter stay. Allow me to explain that we already brought the noise complaint to the barangay as per ordinance N. 2015-162 on noise pollution, these bars are only allowed to have videoke until 10pm which is up to 70 db and shall abide to the maximum noise level of 40 db from 10pm to 5am. We are doing necessary actions with the help of barangay and police department. I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed. I hope that you will give us another chance to redeem ourselves again by not putting our hotel in your permanent disfavor.Once again, apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Very noisy at night especially if your room is facing the outside Bar area (Bulalohan and Bar restaurant). And upon checkin, the receptionist did not disclose it. Once you are in the room and at night, you will have guaranteed sleepless night due to loud sound from speakers from that bar. The hotel staff will offer you solution for that by providing ear plug. I even asked for compensation for having sleepless night, they will say promising things but will end up nothing. The room is spacious but if you end up on the room facing that said bar, you will write up negative reviews about this hotel.
