The only aspect to pay attention to is that there might be people residing in the separate apartment above, so I would appreciate it very much if noise was kept down a little past 10 P.M.

➤ Costa Nova's 'Palheiro's were built to house fishermen working in this region so that they would not have to travel a long distance to go back home.  
  
➤ Captain Pisco's Palheiro was built back in 1934, making it 85 years old! However, since Palheiros originally did not have proper housing conditions for modern lifestyle, it received some renovations in 1951, as well as some other construction work to be up to standard to every need you may have.  
  
➤ One of the most prominent portuguese writers of all time, Eça de Queirós, left his mark on this region, leaving a plaque with a writing that states:  
  
"... And I consider Costa Nova one of the most delicious points in the globe, it's true that we were there in great joy, and in the excellent Palheiro belonging to José Estevão."

#### Sehr authentisches Apartment, mit dem Charme der Vergangenheit, aber halt auch in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist hervorrageng. Die typischen Fischerhäuser des Ortes sind ganz wundervoll.

#### Casa antigua

Diogo ha sido muy amable, nos dio la opción de salir un poco más tarde. Sí hay lavadora, está en el baño del patio. La cocina es poco práctica, escaso menaje, muy antigua. Muchísima humedad, aunque había un deshumidificador no era suficiente para toda la vivienda. El wifi llega a una parte de la casa. La vivienda, aunque parece de 2 alturas, está todo en la planta baja. Las toallas de baño están disponibles según el anuncio, pero a 1€ cada una. Lo mejor la ubicación (junto a las playas)y la tranquilidad para dormir. Para 3 días está bien

Dieses Objekt liegt mitten im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber und landesüblich eingerichtet. Es fehlt jedoch ein Teil der in der Beschreibung gelisteten Ausstattungsgegenstände. So haben wir z. B. die Kaffeemaschine und die Waschmaschine vermisst.
