Offering comfortable and modern accommodation, this is a brilliant base for a family holiday to the North Devon coast, where everything you need is practically on your doorstep. Recently renovated to a high standard, inside you’ll find contemporary style blending beautifully with the charm and elegance of this lovely Victorian terrace. In a popular, open-plan style, the spacious living/dining area has huge windows to enjoy the wonderful view. Comfy leather sofas complement the oak-style flooring and high gloss modern kitchen, which is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The two bedrooms – a double and a twin – are stylishly presented and share a pristine, modern shower room. Being on the ground floor, the apartment has the advantage of a small rear courtyard where you can dine alfresco in the summer months and store any beach gear for days out by the coast. The apartment is less than 0.5 miles from Ilfracombe's town centre and harbour area, which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Stunning coastal walks, boat trips from the pier, the popular Tunnels Beaches and seeing a show at the fabulous Landmark Theatre are just a few ideas of how to spend your time – if you can tear yourself away from this lovely holiday home. Further afield, the surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde (within 10 miles), and the wild splendour of Exmoor National Park (within 3 miles), are all must-see destinations on your North Devon holiday.
