Alkistis luxurious 1st Floor Apartment is situated on Ikaria island in the region of Therma, the place of the best worldwide known spa baths. It is a modern autonomous fully renovated apartment, with an independent entrance and breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby islands. It is situated at a 30-meter distance from the beach of Therma, between the two mineral springs of Apollonas and Spileo. It is tastefully constructed and fulfills all the requirements for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The 1st Floor apartment, which accommodates from 2 to 4 persons respectively, consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. More specifically, it is equipped with air-conditioning, two flat TV sets, a portable massage mattress, which can be placed in the bed for an enjoyable massage, a hairdryer, a flat iron, an ironing board, safe deposit box, a scale to watch your weight, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, coffee-maker, and toaster. Due to the coronavirus situation, we fulfill all government requirements and protocols regarding the sterilization and cleanliness of the apartment which also has its own independent entrance. Alkistis 1st-floor apartment is available throughout the year and constitutes an ideal destination for high-level leisure and restful stay. In the bay of Therma, you can find fantastic taverns with excellent food, where you can taste Ikarian specialties but also international cuisine and most of all fresh fish right from the sea, and we should not forget that all these are served by the most cheerful and helpful employees There are also two patisseries with handmade sweets, crepes, donuts topped with ikarian honey, ice creams and a bunch of other delicacies that will perfectly satisfy your palate. You can find in the nearby area two bakeries with all sorts of freshly made bread and a wide variety of delicious puffs and sweet delicacies, two traditional cafes at the seashore, two mini-markets, and a beautiful bar from where you can admire a great view, you can enjoy your drink as well as some perfect snacks and above all very good music. And most importantly, you can enjoy the most famous thermal springs for simple relaxation and well-being for the lucky ones, and for healing for those who have serious health problems and these baths offer them the opportunity to improve greatly their quality of life. In the Spileon thermal springs, there are two pools with hydromassage, a hammam, and a natural sauna, especially for those who have a stiff neck, respiratory problems, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and bronchial asthma. In the Apollon and Kratsas springs, private baths are fully renovated for all kinds of musculoskeletal problems. These thermal springs have been recognized worldwide as having healing capacities for rheumatic diseases, urological diseases, skin diseases, and respiratory problems.
