Excellent séjour à ce confortable hôtel. La piscine est très appréciée à la fin d'une journée de randonnée. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Le buffet est varié.

En voyage pour aller visiter les chutes d'iguazu, cet hotel a un emplacement fantastique et une vue a couper le souffle.

nous avons séjournés 4 nuits à l'hôtel panoramic, pour aller voir les chûtes d'Iguazu. cet hôtel offre une vue paradisiaque sur le fleuve. piscine magnifique avec un jaccuzi chauffé juste à côté, d'ou on peux admirer le couché de soleil chaque soir. le rêve...

Hôtel très bien situé vue magnifique
Globalement, notre avis sur cet hôtel est très positif et nous le recommandons vivement ; cet avis ne tient pas compte du fait que - dès notre arrivée - nous avons bénéficié gratuitement d'un surclassement (chambre au 4ème étage avec vue sur fleuve au lieu d'une chambre normale). En premier lieu, il est très bien placé dans un parc magnifique avec une vue splendide sur le rio Iguazu en bordure de la ville de Puerto Iguazu (dont le centre est facilement accessible). Très bien équipé, avec en particulier une grande piscine superbement implantée, une réception accueillante, bars, salons et terrasses très confortables, cet hôtel répond dans son ensemble aux normes de son standing (5* inférieur). Le personnel, en général, est sympathique et attentif ; à titre d'exemple la réception (informée deux heures avant notre départ) de manifestations bloquant la route de l'aéroport a remarquablement géré cette difficulté en organisant d'elle-même notre transfert à l'aéroport. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les deux dîners pris au restaurant de l'hôtel (bonne carte et service efficace). En conclusion, n'hésitez pas à choisir le Panoramic Hotel si vous visitez les célèbres chutes d'Iguazu : c'est vraiment un très bon point de chute.

Assez bel hotel, mais un peu cher
Hotel agréable et petit déjeuner très copieux. Cependant, compte tenu du prix, on pourrait s'attendre à un peu plus de service (le concierge n'était pas capable de nous dire quel bus prendre pour aller voir les chutes d'Iguazu côté brésilien...), une meilleure écoute (nous avons réservé un grand lit et avons eu 2 petits lits sans aucune explication), un peu plus d'hygiène (quelques cheveux dans la salle de bains à notre arrivée + chaque douche innonde la salle de bains à cause de joints insuffisants) ou encore du WiFi gratuit dans les chambres.

Calme, confortable et bien situé
C'est un vrai quatre étoiles, bien situé au sommet d'une colline, très calme, tout en étant à proximité du terminal de bus menant aux cataractes. Le personnel est très serviable et efficace. Seul bémol, la WIFI fonctionne plus ou moins bien dans les chambres. Il y a beaucoup de coupures et il est alors nécessaire de descendre dans le hall. Dans cette gamme de prix, c'est sans doute l'hôtel à conseiller.

Hotel très bien situé avec restaurant trés raffiné, le seul problème est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, on entend les bruits des chambres voisines.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was in a great location, very convenient and walkable to restaurants on the main strip. The breakfast was average and hotel was a little dated but the pool area was nice with beautiful view and sunset. Hotel staff were nice and helpful!

This property is lovely and quiet. I had the pool to myself and there was silence around me. Iguazu falls are busy so it’s nice to come back to this. This hotel is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. You get a great view of Brazil and Paraguay from the property. It’s close to the port of you want to take a boat across to Paraguay. The only criticism would be the dinning - breakfast was okay but could be better- had to pay a little extra for soggy pouched eggs. The dinner - improvement needed here too. I felt like going in the kitchen to show them what to do. The town is so close and buzzing so better to go there instead. Overall it’s a

This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

Wonderful
We absolutely loved staying at the hotel; the room was very spacious, clean and the house keeping very prompt and friendly. Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. The view from our room was beautiful watching this amazing sunset. The pool and hot tub were big snd clean.

Really nice property in a great location. Nice setting along the river and near the bulk of the activity during the evenings...an easy 2 block walk around the corner. Rooms nicely done. Was grateful they offered me an early check-in so i could refresh and head straight to Iguazu Falls. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Had an evening flight out so i enjoyed the pool for my last afternoon and then was able to use the spa to shower prior to flying out. Really lovely, super helpful staff. They will happily arrange taxis and store luggage if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good area
Modern hotel overlooking the 3-border-point on the Igazu and Parana river. Rooms are not very big but ok size. Very good closet space. On 1 of our nights it go very warm in the room, as there seemed to be some power issues. Also, the airconitioning of the hallway can be heard very well in the room. The pool is a very nice size and kept clean. There is also a nice hottub that is actually heated. The spa area on the top floor offers even better views and is also nice and clean. Reservations are required there. We were not greatly impressed by the food and in fact we got sick on the last night, most likely from something we ate at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately we did not receive the 20% discount on food for Hotels.com Gold members, but we only noticed after we left

I reserved a deluxe king room and when checking in I was given a twin. I went back to desk and showed the staff my reservation for deluxe king and they quickly responded by showing me a correct room. Attentive. Great breakfast. Great Pool. As good a location as you can get in the area as it is convenient to walk into town. Safe.
