This hotel is very nice. The rooms are big with large bathroom. AC worked well. Staff is wonderful and helpful. All tour buses stop on time here. Pool is nice but it needs a renovation. It is usable. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property with a resort-like feel. The desk clerks, especially Karim we’re very helpful and wonderful. Love the pool area, the relaxing tropical atmosphere and the very convenient location in the heart of restaurants and shops.

The check out policy is unreasonable, 10 am check out seems almost illegal and they want to charge you to extend check out for one hour $15 dollars, when the check in is at 3 pm, the manager or supervisor at reception was rude. I'll never come back and would not recommend it to anyone

Spacious rooms and all the amenities one would expect from a large pool to a gym to decent breakfast to a spa (didn’t use it), etc. The location couldn’t be more convenient to take a bus to the falls or walk to restaurants or businesses in a block or two. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The only thing I would say is that the whole property and rooms are pretty bland - no colors, no particular character - nothing that stands out.

The hotel staff at check in were really good, however, there was one member of the staff at the reception counter who was very abrupt and not really very polite. We asked for a boxed breakfast as we had an early tour pick up and were offered only some plain slices of bread and a drink. Cheese was available for breakfast, but not for the box. Similarly with tomato. We were told in a very direct way that bread was all there was with a small drink, that's it. For a big hotel, that's not good attitude.

The hotel is being renovated. We stayed in the new rooms. Very nice and lovely lobby. We wanted to be “in town” and there are many good restaurants and easy access to falls via taxi or tours. The price was good and the staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Plus there is a great pool and an adequate breakfast with many options too.

Spa nonexistent, subpar service, good location
Nice location, minimalist and overall clean. Spa reservations are a joke. We intentionally made reservations for two people (massage) and when we checked later to add dacials we were told that we needed to move times to accommodate 2 people. When we checked in at the new time, we were told there was room for only one person as there was only one therapist. A manager then came ocer to tell us we would be charged for a no show. Otherwise, expensive for the 3 star hotel but comfortable stay.

Staff is polite and helpful. The checkout at 10 is very hard on travelers and very unusual. I traveled a lot and hardly remember checkout at such early time.

El desayuno muy malo y lo peor lleno de moscas, mantienen la puerta abierta y es asqueroso ver los insectos sobre la comida. No me quiero imaginar lo que es la cocina. El lobby es la parte nueva del hotel pero el hall y las habitaciones no están renovadas

Good Hotel
There aren't a lot of great options in this town, but this is probably one of the better ones, but it does have it's flaws. The breakfast is pretty good, but they could have more options, maybe some sausages. Also, the internet was very hit or miss. Sometime I had great speed, but then sometimes I couldn't even get service. The pool is great but the jacuzzi didn't work.
