We are sorry that they have gone through a situation like this, in the short time both were present. We regret not having been able to make a change of room, because the establishment was fullhouse, but as you were informed, the drinks are enjoyed by the passengers during the restaurant hours, who waited for you with their glass of champagne- Jungle environments present problems of humidity, however we are always treating it, it hurts not to have been able to show you the result of the best rooms in the hotel. As you Not mentioned nothing of this kind of inconvenience during your stay at the hotel, so well descriptive here, and following the previous opinions left by other guests, we are really surprised with your experience, but we are very sure that any situation like this, could be always easyly and immediately resolved, if where mentioned to any receptionist staf.As we are a city hotel also, our location allow anybody to find other places or establishments to stay if they want.
