The house built on elements of Byzantine and Turkish architecture took three years to be built (at the end of the last century) by the most experienced and famous craftsmen from Zagorochoria at that time, using rock as the main materialThe Old Mansion is located on the hill of Sivota, where the view to four points of the horizon excites all those who visit it  
  
 It appeals to those who can appreciate the value of its traditional features and that is why the Ministry of Culture is enhancing its prestige by designating it as a heritage monument.  
  
The apartment's multiple large windows overlooking the endless blue of the Ionian Sea, the arched main entrance and the wide stairs carved into the rock are some of its most luminous features.
