Casa Maura is located in a quiet residential area of Iglesias, just a short walk from the historic center. It is the ideal choice for those seeking comfort, space, and a strategic location to enjoy the city and its surroundings to the fullest.   
 The house stands out for its spacious and bright interiors. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with a large sofa and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all modern appliances (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher) and a dining area.   
 The house has three bedrooms : two double rooms (one with a balcony) and one single room, also with a balcony – perfect for ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There are two full bathrooms , modern and functional, ideal for families or groups.   
 Guests can enjoy free high-speed WiFi , perfect for remote work, and private parking , a rare and valuable convenience, especially during the summer months.   
 Thanks to its location, you can easily walk to the historic center of Iglesias, with its charming squares, local shops, churches, and authentic atmosphere. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the stunning beaches of Sardinia’s southwestern coast, such as Cala Domestica, Masua, and Porto Paglia, or explore scenic trails and historic mining sites in the area.   
 A welcoming, well-equipped home in a perfect location to discover the best of Iglesias and its surroundings — ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples who don’t want to compromise on comfort.   
  
 A few days before your arrival, you will have to fill out the fast check-in procedure, with the insertion of the personal data of all guests, the scanning of documents, the payment of the tourist tax to be allocated to the Municipality of Iglesias and the signature of the rental agreement.
