Beautiful villa with views of the bay of Tholos as well as the Mirabello Bay. Heated seated infinity pool. Outdoor sunbed under palm trees. Fitness facility with a dream view. Sound system. Garden lighting. Parking. Sustainable by solar power system & spring water (normal mains power also available, no restrictions). Super fast Internet via Satellite (Starlink up to 200MB)  
  
The space  
The living room is very comfortable, it has a state-of-the-art TV with over 5000 channels, including Germany, France, Russia and much more.  
  
Guest access  
The house consists of two units, in the basement there is an in-law, which can also be booked. If you want the villa to yourself, please coordinate with us in advance.  
  
Other things to note  
If possible, I would like to leave our two cats in the garden. Feel free to pamper and feed them yourself (food available). Ideal with the children or for animal lovers. If you have an allergy to cats, this villa may not be suitable for you.  
Pool is heated only on request and cost.  
Directions to the house are not paved but a natural road.

The nearby town of Ierapetra is just a short drive away, offering a range of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The villa is also close to the famous Palace of Knossos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  
  
Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including a fitness center, sound system, and garden lighting. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The villa is suitable for families and animal lovers, but please note that pets are not allowed. The villa is wheelchair inaccessible.
