They were not there and the space was ready for us that entire hour of waiting! We really would have appreciated the message, but instead sat and waited in the snow. But as per some previous reviews, several things could be addressed. There are no cushions for the iron deck furniture, which make it very uncomfortable out there. If you plan to cook, bring your own seasonings. Bring your own coffee or plan to buy some. Bring your own ice. The hot tub was clean and comfortable, but overall we would not stay here again. The cabin is rustic and a bit worn but clean and comfortable. Beds were great! A couple of negatives. The weather was perfect for sitting on the rear deck but could not do so as there were no chair cushions. Also, a dinky 30 inch tv in this age when you can buy a 50 inch smart tv for under $300 and a 40 inch for under $200!! Also, some written instructions on accessing the available tv programming would be helpful. ##### Gary V.
