Service was exceptional
Service was outstanding. Among the best of any hotel I've ever visited. Beautiful hotel, rooms and grounds. Scenery was stunning.

A retreat in a beautiful moutain
We spent 3 memorable nights. Good mountain and valley views. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but do not always communicate with one another. The food could be better.

Good food and service but poor location and room view . Swimming pool water v cold and all facilities operating hour only until 7pm.

If you stay take the 5pm evening walk - if you are not out and about. It is a very nice location. The hotel staff are polite. But perhaphs shop around, you might want to be closer to Munnar

decent stay
WIFI connectivity is and this needs to improve. Their bathroom is good/excellent in the rooms. Views from the room, amenities within the resort is not much compared to what is displayed in the website.Hence the website pics are misleading in a way.

Nice hotel close to tea and cardamom plantation
Excellent hotel staff. Doing their best for the guests. Wonderful location. Room amenities good. Condition of some amenities need to be fixed. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay.

One of the Best
Everything couldn't be more perfect except the faulty water heater for the shower which made it difficult for my wife to shower in the cold. Food was great and the room's view breathtaking. Service and friendliness of staff were top notch. They welcome their guests with a cup of very tasty qahwa coffee and some dates.

Excellent hotel away from city.
Overall excellent. Hotel needs to improve speed of serving food eventhough the quality of food is great. Also the food wasnt hot and we had to request to make it hot. Need more games and gym facilities. Highly recommended hotel for stay in Munnar

Beautiful Resort
This is a beautiful resort 10 miles before Munnar town located in the most scenic surrounding. I went with my family and everyone enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staffs and the food was very good. They have a very good chef. The rooms are top class 4 star category with amazing internet connectivity.

Beautiful Hotel in the hills of Munnar
Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany

Bel hôtel pour l'Inde
Petite étape dans le Kerala pour visiter les champs de thé de Munnar. Hôtel excentré (accès difficile) au calme avec belle piscine et vue. Chambres propore mais mal isolé phoniquement.

Good example of a new hotel that can meat international standards and deserves to be recommende for this reason. We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon cottages and these are of excellent quality.The food is excellent as well, and the hotel is well managed. Munnar is also a very attractive location to visit.
