The house is located in a closed courtyard with a lot of Italian flair and incredibly loving design. It is very quiet and if you like the winding, old-Italian courtyards, Casa Enrica is the right holiday address. All conditions are quickly within walking distance. B. to the beach only about 300m, also to the playground, to the cafe or to the nearest pizzeria, to a small shop for morning bread, it is 1 minute on foot. From the beach, a small promenade leads along the lake to the village of Crone, a typical sea village with shops, a playground and the weekly market that takes place every Wednesday. The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st Floor of a 2-storey middle house with 2 apartments. On the ground floor there is a large vaulted entrance area with plenty of space where you can store your bicycles. The living area with the open, fully equipped kitchen is bright and offers plenty of space. From here you can access the balcony with table and chairs, from which you can see the courtyard and the mountains and where you can relax in the sun. When the wine clings to the terrace railing in summer, it is very romantic. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, free WiFi and a parking space are available. Hier treffen Historie und Moderne aufeinander. Die FeWo ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie ist blitzsauber und es fehlt an nichts. Vom Balkon aus sieht man in den idyllischen Innenhof. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen herrlichen Überblick über die alten Dächer auf den See. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den kleinen Einkauf befindet sich 3 Fußminuten entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es grosse Supermärkte 5-10 Autoritäten entfernt. Einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der See ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Muniten zu erreichen und man kann in beiden Richtungen auf einem Fußweg am See entlang spazieren. Wanderwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe - man braucht nicht mit dem Auto anfahren, sondern kann sofort loslaufen. Dies gilt ebenso für Radfahrer. ##### Sonja Q. Sehr gute Ausflugsziele in der Wohnung ausgelegt. Für Mountainbiker nicht so geeignet, da schlechte Routenplanung. Hat man einen Singletrail gefunden, lockt der zum Downhillride, man weiß nur nicht wie man hochkommen soll. Rennrad ist hier eher angesagt. ##### Stefan B. Die FeWo befindet sich in einem alten, aber sauber gehaltenen Gehöft. 2 Damen, die dort wohnen, halten alles in Schuss. Es gibt auch noch ein paar B&B-Zimmer dort. Die FeWo selbst ist komplett renoviert, sehr sauber mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Wir haben da abends noch lange gesessen. Nur bei der Umgebung haben wir einen Stern abgezogen, da wir wandern wollten, für uns waren die vorhandenen Wanderwege, bis auf 2 Ausnahmen, aber doch zu heftig, da es sehr steil war und schon einen starken alpinen Charakter hatte. Besonders die Helligkeit, Luftigkeit und Sauberkeit haben uns gut gefallen. Besonders nett fanden wir den Willkommensgruß , Wein und einen leckeren Kuchen. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen hier in Idro verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und vieles kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden (kleiner Tante Emmaladen/ Pizzeria/Badestelle/Anlegestelle des Ausflugsschiffes etc.). Auf dem Balkon kann man sehr gut entspannen und die Hinterhofidylle genießen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank an Simone, die uns mit Wein und leckerem Kuchen begrüßt und jedesmal sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen per sms geantwortet hat. Simone S. ##### Simone S. May 17, 2019 #### Erholsame Tage, jederzeit wieder Nach einer anstrengenden Anreise wurden wir freundlich von Simone Israel in Empfang genommen. Sie begleitete und zur Wohnung und versorgte uns mit den nötigen Informationen. Uns erwartete eine schöne zweckmäßig ausgestattete Wohnung. Genug Platz, dass man sich auch bei Regen nicht auf die Füße tritt. Der richtige Ort um ein paar Tage ruhig auszuspannen. Wir waren über Ostern dort und hatten kaum regenfreie Tage. Überrascht waren wir, was es in der Umgebung alles zu entdecken gab. Wir machten Ausflüge in die Natur, besuchten kleine Städte in der Umgebung und machten einen Abstecher an den Gardasee. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Egal ob man Ruhe oder Abenteuer möchte. Zu erwänen wäre noch, dass wir für die Heizung kaum etwas zu entrichten hatten. Sep 25, 2018 #### Sehr schöne helle Wohnung in einem altern Gemäuer mit traumhaftem Innenhof. Sehr gute Lage, ideal zum Wandern, Klettern und Biken.
