The moment you step foot inside you will be greeted by gorgeous soaring ceilings. Making your way to the main living area you will see the massive 14ft bay windows, with stunning string lights to create an a cozy and relaxing living area. Relax and watch TV on the 65\` 4k smart TV or sit and enjoy your coffee under the warmth of the Lights. Kitchen is fully-equipped with pots and pans, and basic cookware. The first bathroom is accessed by the hallway, the second bathroom is on-suite. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival. We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready. Checkout Policy: \-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am Guests must vacate the premises by this time. \-Late Checkout Option: A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60\. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout. \-Penalty for Delayed Departure: Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.
