Was sent into a room that was not ready, than many areas in room needed to be wiped down, very evident. However, what made it very inconvenient was the shower handle fell off in my hand and couldnt take a bath or shower. When i realized this it was after midnight, nothing they could do, so i had to go down in the morning to let her know, and the phone didn't work.

It was easy to get to and very affordable through Expedia. However, the hotel needs an upgrade and the continental breakfast didn’t amount to much.

Very friendly manager yet issues with room such as toilet not flushing properly. Overall room is worn and needs much upgrading.

How easy the whole stay was compared to other local hotels and I got my deposit back unlike the last one I stayed at and I don't trash the rooms .

I got to stay tell 12 because I needed more time there was a old guy there that was cleaning rooms he told me and my significant other we had to leave now or he was calling cops ,it was 1201pm Andrews’s just being rude period told us there fun is over time to leave, we was out for business and found him really rude

There was nothing to make for breakfast when i asked the receptionist if she could make wafle mix and juice she gave attitude mad juice and then hurried and sat back down. At check out i was trying to ask the same receptionist a question about my bill she than began yelling at me getting in my face and threatening to call the cops. Worst place ive ever stayed

The heating fan was in need of oil. It was fairly noisy, since it kept kicking on al night log since it was in the low teens temperature wise. Continental Breakfast? other than yogurt and fruit there was nothing available for anyone with Celiac, which requires gluten free items.

There was hair in the shower. The sink was plugged and drained very slowly. The girl at the desk in the morning seemed bothered when we were checking out. The breakfast was very minimal and no lids for coffee.

Carpet in our room was filthy. Entire building was in disrepair. No more Super 8 for me. Nothing Supper about. Someone in corporate management should spend a night there incognito!

This Super 8 was absolutely disgusting. It was extremely dirty, the hall floors were covered in grime and dirt, the beds in the rooms we booked had stains all over them - one with sperm on the sheets under the covers. I spoke with the staff on site who stated it was totally unacceptable and ensured a full refund but then never followed through. Spoke with Expedia several times and they refused to do anything to support the refund even with pictures and proof of the unsanitary conditions.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The overall condition of the place was terrible. It was run down and dirty looking. The hot breakfast consisted of toast and waffles. The butter and the Cream cheese were opened up for everyone to eat from. I do not think the breakfast would pass a health inspection. We decided to go some where else for breakfast. This was disappointing as we chose this motel for the hot breakfast. We will not be staying at a super 8 again.

The property was much older than I expected. The room was very old and dark, needs an update badly! The entrance I came in to go to my room was dingy and the carpet was way old. The small fridge almost fell out of the cabinet and there weren’t many plugs available. But I just came to stay the night and it worked in a pinch.

This property is located in an area near snake river and a nice walking path around the river. The hotel itself was somewhat rundown and could use some serious remodeling. The room itself was dusty and the bathtub could have used a good cleaning.

They said the property is undergoing renovation, its not a moment too soon. The halls and the room itself was dirty. The parking lot was well lit, but there was a man leaning againt the wall going into the building. It didnt feel safe.
