In order to access the back yard, the upstairs rental has to go out the front door and walk around the side of the house. The front doorsteps have no railing or anything to hold on to. They're about 3 ft off the ground and some of the stairs are sloped toward the road making it awkward if you're not used to it. Overall, a clean, well appointed property that looks like it's in the middle of an update. It is very convenient to most everything in Idaho Falls, 10-15 minutes from everything. ##### Laurie K. The wind blew the screen door closed breaking the door knob. We were locked inside the house and with one phone call Trent was there within minutes to let us out. It was easy to get everywhere in the city that we wanted to go to. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The beds were so very comfortable that we wished we could take them home with us! The house was a great location for downtown restaurants and the greenway. Plenty of room for the family to gather. Had everything we needed except enough toilet paper for everyone for 5 days.
