No way did a family of 4 live in the Apt for 1 month prior to our 10 day stay. Neighbors above the Apt run around all night, bouncing balls, exercising on an Elliptical or similar at 2am, washing clothes at strange hours. Very hard to get any sleep. The interior is updated very nicely with comfortable beds and living room seating. The exterior is dated with an entrance area that needs cleaned up / debugged. The location was great for us, right off the freeway as we were passing thru. We had someone in a wheelchair with us and needed to use our small portable ramp to get over the parking lot curb and especially the doorway threshold - about a 4" step-over.
