The door to our room was thin and right across from the pool and ice machine. We could hear everything in the hallway. Our shower did not have a shower curtain and it took a long time to get hot water. The bathroom in our room did not have a door and you can see the toliet from the bed. The breakfast options were very limited. They did not have any NON-dairy milk or any vegan options. Our room key kept not working and we had to get it reprogramed at least twice.

TV didn't work, so moved to a other room, no hot water in 2nd room so back to first, I fixed the plug on the TV. Hot tub didn't work also, worse breakfast ever, only waffels that weren't edible even screwed up the coffee how does that happen.

The entrance to the Hotel was welcoming and beautiful. Check-in was slow. Just around the corner of the entrance, was a hallway full of boxes and packages overflowing with garbage. The hallway carpet was dirty and the room's floor needed mopping. The hot tub jets did not work. One of the keys to the room did not work, despite getting it "fixed". And the internet connection was snail paced.

My biggest complaints are the cleanliness of the room. I’ve stayed here in the past and enjoyed it enough to come back but this time there was an almost empty bottle of tequila in my room, what look to be potential feces on the bathroom wall, and the floor didn’t appear to be mopped. When checking in I was told a hold would be put on my card but returned in the morning making it sound as if funds would be available. It did take 24 hours to be refunded which wouldn’t have been a huge issue but it was a hold for $100 when my room was only $65 and dirty. I did bring this up to the front desk when checking out and they just told me to leave a review. So here I am I hope this helps

The staff is friendly and offers prompt service. The location is grand. The rooms are nice. The water is hot and the water pressure is unrivaled. The front desk manager Navin is very helpful if your computer app gives you greif Navin takes care of it and you. Great Hotel.

This hotel is under construction. had in the room water damage off the wall bubbling paint. Just very need some loving care. It looks like they’re trying to get it fixed and have a loving care. The pool is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, and it was not, it was closed at 6:30 . Then they take $100 deposit supposed to putting it back when you check out and that has not happened yet. This property will look very good when it gets it care on it.

So this place has some great rates...but that comes with some problems. It's dirty, they're trying to remodel, but it seems like they're either doing it in house or they're contractor straight up sucks. The rooms they do have that have been "remodeled" have some shotty workmanship, and are just plain dirty. Once you make it past the lobby, which does look clean and inviting, you are then at the hallway which is nasty to say the least. Their breakfast is a joke. A bowl full of hard boiled eggs and sometimes some apples some bread. What they consider breakfast is a joke only good thing they have there is the waffle maker. I will say that the staff was pretty helpful no complaints there. If you want a cheap rate then this place is the place to go but just remember you get what you paid for.

The front lobby was inviting. The staff were very nice. However there was a lot of construction, painting and maintenance work being performed. The hallway rug was worn, dirty and in need of replacing.The room we had was partially updated but there were still many items that needed attention. For example the bathtub caulk was very poor. I think they are working hard to improve but it is really not up to a decent standard yet

The property is aging and while some improvements have been made, it seemed like mostly DIY work. Out bathroom door wouldn't close. The TV listings were wrong. The mattress was the wrong size for the bed frame.

I didn't expect luxury at $72, but I did expect the pictures to match the hotel. The rooms not the lobby are depicted accurately. Our room smelled awful of cheap cologne and we didn't have curtains on the window! I went to the lobby to request a new room, which they immediately did, but I was irritated that after a long day of travel, I couldn't just get into a room and relax. Our room was on the first floor and anyone could look directly into the room since there was no curtains. Why was this room even being given to patrons!? The bathroom did not have a door which is a little inconvenient. The second room was better than the first. The floors and bed were clean, but overall the rooms were mediocre at best and the hallways were dirty.

Pictures don’t accurately describe property
Checked in. No Wi-Fi. Very strange feel. Suspicious people/ activity. Did not feel safe with children. Left at 10 pm and obtained rooms next door at Hilton Garden Inn. We were second party to leave le ritz and move over that night.

My experience with the hotel was just not that great from beginning to end. When I woke up on that first morning, the water was off. I called the front desk and was told that he had no idea went out was off and he would ask the maintenance man. Nobody ever called or came by to tell me why my water was off and when I returned, it was just on like nothing had happened. Sarurday morning, I was awakened by housekeeping. When I opened the door, they insisted that they needed to clean the room and I needed to check out. They finally checked their list and apologized. On the final morning, as I was making sure I had grabbed everything I brought with me, I found a dead mouse behind the nightstand. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk person, he just said. "So sorry. Have a nice day. "
