The staff were so friendly, checking you in and showing you to your room. It has a semi-ryokan style. The rooms are stylish and contemporary and each one has it's own genuine onsen bath (just like the pictures). There are many facilities to explore (including a great indoor and outdoor public onsen) and the atmosphere is beautiful. My regret is I had not given us enough time to enjoy this spot as it is not a hotel to just check into and leave, it is one to spend time in, experience and enjoy.
