This residence has been meticulously restored to an Ibizan-style residence with a captivating mix of Italian and internationally designed interiors, creating a true Mediterranean haven for travellers. Featuring an unusual layout, this exquisite property is nestled in a serene and picturesque setting and boasts of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, and three modern bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious bath. The indoor amenities are designed for both comfort and functionality, including a studio with a desk, perfect for remote work or creative pursuits. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. An elegant Murano glass chandelier adds a touch of luxury to the comfortable living spaces, which also offer TV and Wifi. The outdoor amenities are equally impressive. A swimming pool with sun loungers is surrounded by an established tropical garden, home to jasmine, aloe, cactus, banana trees, palm trees, bougainvillea, lavender, and rosemary.
