Air Conditioning Awful - Probably OK in winter
Location was good, staff were all pleasant. But they have the air conditioning system for each room located in the hallway doing absolutely nothing, so if your in the living area, bedroom, kitchen or toilet, you're not staying cool. Unbearable to sleep in when the weathers warm.

For the money we paid, hotel was clean and well located. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Quickly rescued my mates shirt that had blown off the balcony and landed on a low roof, booked us a taxi at two minutes notice. Beer was decent, can’t ask for much more. The only thing I can mark it down on were the beds. Not great at all but after a session I could sleep on my head. Didn’t realise when I booked that you were part of the same group at the jet apartments that we had full access to (which if you throws a daily pool party).

Close to the beach, good for 6 friends. Has air con in all rooms but the 2nd room. Cheap compared to everything else in the area.

Excellent location! Would recommend!
A group of 9 of us stayed at hotel Arlanza for 8 nights. It is in a great location, has lots of bars and places to eat nearby. Ushuaia and Jets is about a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are quite large and the pool is great!

Affordable stay and close to the strip
Based on the passed review I had an idea of what to expect. Somewhere to sleep which would be safe and at a great price. And I wasn't disappointed. Yes the water has the taste of the sea but also based on reviews of other places in the area I also expected this as well. The space easily accommodated 4 adults. Each room did not have a a.c. but nights were cool to keep the window open. We did have a issue with the bathtub not draining but was quickly addressed. Wifi only available in the lobby. You are in walking distance if the main playa d bossa strip which is a added bonus along with clubs and many taxis. I would definitely stay here again. Make sure you ask for a room on the top floor, great view.

Decent stay with very reasonable price
Basic apartment but happy with it considering how cheap it was. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen with big fridge and cooking equipment. Decent sized balcony with table and chairs. Decent pool and pool bar etc. Good sized bathroom. Definitely a place for club goers, its a walk away from super clubs e.g. sankeys. Main thing of importance is this establishment and others in the area use salt water. So kitchen & bathroom sink and shower use salt water.

Perfect if you want to do all the big clubs
We're a group of 6, 21 year old girls. It was our 3rd time in Ibiza for most of us and we loved it as it was a few seconds away from Sankeys walking home which was perfect for us as we never went there before. A 5/10 minutes walk away from the main part of bora bora beach near jets and all the beach bars. Ushuaia and Space are about a 15 min walk away along the beach. Under 10 mins away to Ibiza town in a cab (to pacha it was about €13) Amnesia is a bit further out but that club isn't near anywhere popular to stay. Arlanza is near a lot of restaurants/bars/shops/supermarkets & the Hippy Market. It wasn't the greatest place to stay and we heard a lot of bad reviews about theft and poor hygiene, but we had a great time. We knew not to expect the ritz because we paid about €600 for the entire stay of 4 nights which is the cheapest we found. Nothing was stolen, the staff were helpful and we got a good clean room. We were on the first floor facing the pool. Room 103. The free wifi didn't work in the room all the time but it did down by the pool. I think we would consider booking here again if we went for the 4th time as it was cheap and cheerful. A good atmosphere, we met some amazing people and had the best time! Ideal location and price. Book here if you're coming here to party. You only need the room for sleeping and a shower for getting ready and it had all the basic things you need. A nice balcony & amazing air con which was needed! The bar does good pizza & paninis too! :)

Great place and great value. 2 minutes walk from beach and 5 from main ibiza jets. Difference is you can sleep and control what time you wake up !

Super séjour dans ce petit appartement très fonctionnel, propre et peu cher pour la localisation. Le personnel est serviable, et le ménage et fait tous les jours. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème concernant le bruit et les voisins, comme certains commentaires ont souligné L'emplacement est géniale : 5 minutes de la plage, 15 minutes à pied du Hi Ibiza, et une station de taxi à seulement 3 minutes. Nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver au même endroit la prochaine fois que nous venons

Struttura adatta a gruppi di amici o coppie giovani che vogliono viversi la Ibiza notturna. Vicinissimo a piedi alle disco di Playa d'En Bossa (Ushuaia, Hi). Parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze (la sera nei periodi di alta stagione ovviamente pieni). Ottima pulizia, camere rifatte e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.

Un appartement vieillot, a renover. Tout est daté, demodé. les appartements sont mal insonorisés et il ne faut surtout pas diffuser de musique le soir sinon le gardien vous somme d'arreter. L'immeuble est entouré d'immeuble. il n'y a aucune vue sauf sur les balcons voisins. On vous expulsera méchamment de l'appartement a 11 précise le matin du jour de votre départ. Il n'y a ni savon, ni éponge, ni liquide vaisselle dans l'appartement et si vous demandez,on vous enverra à la supérette du coin de la rue. Bon point pour les femmes de menage qui vous changeront les serviettes tous les jours et vous nettoyeront la salle de bain. Après une bonne rénovation, tous ces vilains défauts vous feront oublier le mauvais coté des choses.

The crew at the place were really nice, however, much was missing or lacking; such as breakfast, being able to hear music and working house-appliances. The receptionist spoke great English and could help in all sorts of ways. We only had air-con in the entre of our apartment which made sleeping rather uncomfortabel to say the least!!!

Posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dai traghetti e a pochi passi da locali, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati. Camera confortevole e prezzo ideale. Personale molto disponibile.

abbiamo soggiornato dal 24 al 28 agosto... avevamo due appartamenti. quello in cui mi trovavo io era al piano terra e per i miei gusti era un po' troppo "chiuso" però nel complesso andava bene... calcolando che ci abbiamo solo dormito, anche se le camere quadruple hanno solo due letti... gli altri due sono due divani di legno che diventano letti... non molto comodi. la piscina è quasi sempre all'ombra essendoci la struttura che copre il sole.

Residence molto buono a Playa d'en Bossa
Residence situato in una zona ottima sia a due passi dalla spiaggia che dalle discoteche come lo space, ushuaia, ecc... Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario, ottimo per 6 persone e con una pulizia molto soddisfacente. C'è un ottima comunicazione con i responsabili nella reception, persone molto disponibili. Inoltre vi è anche la piscina e un bar/cucina ed è pieno di ragazzi. Una soluzione ottima per soggiornare in Ibiza.

Tutto molto bello e tranquillo. La camera era più grande delle aspettative (eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato una camera per 6 pax) e per il late check out nessun problema: 25€ e siamo rimasti fino alle 21. L'appartamento era completo di tutte le stoviglie e la cucina era di recente installazione. I letti erano fatti e gli asciugamani c'erano per tutti. C'era il balcone ed era molto grande, tanto da mangiarci fuori belli larghi. Tutto molto bello! Probabilmente riproveremo a tornare!! ;)

(translate into your language) l’hôtel se trouve pas loin des lieux de loisirs d'Ibiza c'est le seul et unique point positif de l’hôtel, tout le reste est un cauchemar, personnels très mal accueillant, le réceptionniste du jour un jeun homme de 19/23ans si il n'est pas occupé de mangé devant les clients; il est entrain de dragué les clientes sur la terrasse, la femme de chambre se contente de faire le lit, le reste c'est pas du tout son travail, même pas vider un cendrier ou faire la salle de bain, internet est au abonné absent, attention il n'ya pas internet dans les chambres comme il est indiqué, j'ete obligé d'aller quémandé un code dans un hôtel à coté que je pouvais capter le wifi depuis ma chambre, vous êtes obliger d’être a la réception ou il existe un petit wifi de très très mal qualité , et biensur consommé dans leurs cafétéria qui diffuse de la musique assourdissante toute la journée. si vous souhaiter jeter votre argent c'est le lieu idéal.
