Stayed here during the “off season” which meant some of the services offered were unavailable, but the place is decent, and a great location for easy walking to clubs, food areas and shops.

More soundproofing and would be perfect
Really nice little hotel and excellent reception staff, only problem was the thinness of the walls which means sounds of doors slamming or people using the corridor bathroom next to our room kept waking us up. We didn't sleep brilliantly here and heaven knows what it's like in peak season (our stay was November!)

Stayed in one of the private rooms for about 3 nights. The staff was super friendly and the hostel is located really close to the centre. The private room I stayed in was quite small (just info, not a critique) with a single bed, a low shelf, some hooks on the wall and a sink. The walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Also there's no lift if you have any mobility issues maybe request a room from the first floor.

Construction work next door. Very noisy!!! Friendly staff. No place to put our clothes in the rooms, bath drains were blocked and the floors got flooded after a shower.

OK location but very noisy hotel
Room itself and location were OK for the money. However, the hotel was very noisy during the night - room doors bashing, people talking in the hall and the room next to me had music on until 3am. I went to speak to the hotel staff about this but they refused to do anything about it and never heard again from the manager. I wouldn't recommend at all if you are in any way a light sleeper.

Overall, I enjoyed the privacy of booking at this property. However, during my stay in November the weather was cold and the room only had a sheet. They did not seem to have an extra blanket. Also, prior to checking out I was asked if I was almost ready to leave ( 30 minutes prior to check-out time). I showed the staff my reservation with the specific time highlighted. I was told that I was wrong and that was not correct. I do not like to take anyone's time, neither do I like for anyone to take mine. I suggest to clarify on their confirmation the correct check-in and check-out times to avoid having house keeping knockings on your door when half dressed.

Very fresh and clean hostel! There’s no elevator and little space to put and hang clothes. Apart from that, very convenient and comfortable overall!

Perfect stay
The place is clean, neat, and close to everything. The staff were super friendly especially Barbara. Loved my stay there. The only downside, was it has a shared bathroom, but it was very clean at all times.

Living right in the middle of Ibiza is just amazing for the price, i little problem when you have a car, because you need to find some spot for parking which can be difficult in the center but ok. Customer service on the best level, especially I thank to Barbara, she helped us with everything we needed, of course other stuff members were very kind and lovely which I appreciate a lot. Next time definitely Hostal Juanita!

Perfectly good for price, just felt the fencing of the balcony needed to be a little higher with it being narrow, just to feel safer when standing up on it.

This small hostel was adequate for arriving late and getting a good night sleep. I was only passing through so I didn’t get to experience any usual amenities or perks but the private room I stayed in had everything I needed; a comfortable bed and AC. I did trip a fuse a couple of times and the front desk assistant helped me resolve the issue. Overall, it was clean, simple and of good value.

Excellent spot located in the Old Town with a quiet chill out area on the roof. Close to everything. Room was clean and the shared shower was also spotless. Next time in Ibiza will be staying there again.

A great place to stay.
Absolutely great place to stay in Ibiza Town with a very friendly and helpful staff team. We loved the roof terrace for drinks before going out in the evening. Biggest disappointment was the water pressure in the shower, it just didn’t invigorate at the start of your day. Apart from that (and a couple small gripes such as nails sticking out of walls and dodgy locks on bathroom doors) this was a great place to stay and very central. Loved it (apart from the shower).

Excellent location in heart of Ibiza Town with port and Dalt Vila only a 5 minute walk away. Hostal staff very helpful and friendly with Reception staff available 24/7. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking Dalt Vila was a great way to start the day.

Fantastic lodging
This lodging was fantastic for the price. I’ve stayed in lodging in Europe for over 30 years. This was one of the best. The location was excellent - 5 minute walk to the Old Town entrance; 10 minute walk to the bus station to get you wherever you want on the island. I chose a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was always clean and maintained. The room had everything and more - plenty of electrical outlets including one near the bed. It had shelving to place your odds and ends. It had overhead lighting and lighting above the mirror for shaving. It had pegs to hang clothes and towels. Shampoo and soap were provided. I asked for a quiet location and got one in an inner courtyard. A sink was in the room. I had access to a refrigerator and freezer. There was an extensive rooftop area, available at all times, with a view of the cathedral. The manager was very cool and knowledgeable. I would not stay anywhere else for a repeat visit to Ibiza. There was a nearby Spar supermarket and many restaurants nearby. It’s on a quiet street but near everywhere you want to go as a tourist. The place is very popular so reserve early. I booked in January for a May visit. I’m glad I did because the place was booked solid.

Gem in the centre of town
The top feature of the hostal is the location, right in the centre. Within less than 5 minutes from main shopping street, Placa del parque and Vara de Rey. Cute little bar/restaurante acriss the road- Canalla with lovely tapas and good selection of drinks. We had a room with private bathroom but the shared bathrooms loomed fine too. Large comfy bed and friendly service on reception. Only drawbacks I would say are that it can be quite noisy with internal noise and that the water pressure was fine but could have been better. The rooftop terrace was closed due to poor weather and renovation but would be lovely in summer. All this considered, we would chose to stay again at Hostal Juanita.

Comfortable stay. Terrace is not open in the winter which was one of the main reasons for booking the hostel, we were given the explanation that it may be warm for us but not for Spanish people(even though I've been living in Spain for 2 years!) There's no kitchen so really your just paying for a room. Room was nicely decorated and had a wash area. Overall comfortable stay in a central location

City centre location and noisy street
This hotel is right in the centre, which is great, but it also means if you get a room facing the street, it's incredibly loud. You will not get a lie in. The balcony door is only a single pane of glass, so in the morning and throughout the day it's very, very loud. Sharing a bathroom wasn't bad, there were hardly any other guests around as it's off-season. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly.

A perfect location to have a wonderful short break
I recently stayed at the Juanita hostel celebrating my 50th birthday with my 5 friends. I had a great time and I will be back to stay at the Juanita again. Before we arrived I worked with Barbara at the hostel via email to ensure everything was organised for the trip. Barbara is a delight to work with and she made sure everything was in place for our arrival. The location is ideal for making the most of a short break. Close to the harbour and the old town of Ibiza and within easy reach to the bus that took us to Salinas and the ferry that took us to Formentera. The hostel was clean and the breakfast was really enjoyable. We met on the roof terrace for breakfast each morning. I had an air-conditioned room which made a big difference as it was very hot in August. All the staff at the hostel are very friendly and professional and any request was actioned with speed and efficiency. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone that wants an enjoyable break central to everything to see on the beautiful Island of Ibiza.

Great place to stay. In the heart of Elvissa and close to the old town. Staff were extremely helpful in answering questions and providing information. Hostal Juanita is super cute and quaint. Only small irritation, was that walls are thin, so you can hear quite a bit. Recommend bringing ear plugs but other than that, the stay was great!

Visit this hotel if you are looking for great location, good value, very clean :) Bathrooms are communal but not too busy and cleaned regularly. The roof terrace is lovely for a beer or cocktail, too.

Clean, cute hostal in the centre of Ibiza Town
Stayed with friends here for Halloween parties so just 3 nights. Location is perfect at that time of year as I imagine in Summer it may be too hot staying in the town (although the property does have air con). We had 2 suites which is essentially a normal hotel room with your own bathroom. The price was really reasonable all things considered and it is spacious enough for two people for that length of time luggage wise. No safe but it is a hostal and the property felt secure. Has wonderful roof terrace too but I guess in the summer it may be evenings only as the daytime would probably fry you to a crisp! But lovely views to the old town and perfect place to have a bottle of wine and chill out. Noise carries in the property too - and just an advisory depending who you are sharing with that the bathroom is a mere sliding door away from the main bedroom of your room. Main issue really which would prevent me staying here is that the shower - whilst clean and not shower curtain laden which is a huge plus, was really low in pressure and I mean low as in a single trickle of water. The issue was resolved quickly by staff as they turned on the additional pressure but then the hot water goes if one person showers and you need to shower after them. It's part of staying in Ibiza Town they told us so I can only imagine what a stay in summer would be like. It's not their fault but for me, I couldn't stay there again and certainly for no longer than a couple of nights due to this.

Hostal Juanita is located in the city centre, hence you will have easy access to all the most important spot of the city of Ibiza. the hotel staff is great and really helpful.
