"事前に持病で掃除後の窓開放、空気清浄機の作動をお願いしていたのに、窓も開いておらず空気清浄機はコンセントすら刺さっていませんでした。 風呂場の扉が開いていただけで非常にガッカリしました。 風呂場トイレの隅には髪の毛のカスや、風呂場のゴミ箱にゴミ袋がついてない、浴槽にピンクの異物がついていたり、水垢もすごくて本当に残念でした。 フロントの隣に外喫煙所があり、紙タバコなんて吸っている人がいると風にのってかなり煙臭いです。 なぜBoxタイプの喫煙所にしなかったのか謎です。 喘息持ちやタバコの煙が苦手な方には配慮がないHotelです。 とりあえず色々残念でした。 フロントの方の対応は良かったです。"

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. We were only given one pillow between the two of us and when we requested for a second we were told that we had to pay? I found this ridiculous as they were happy to give us two towels and I booked for two people but apparently they...

Our room was very clean and the hotel provided useful amenities including a humidifier (useful for cold and dry Japanese winters). Parking was ample and accessible.
