Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

This was the perfect hotel for our family vacation in bogota. Breakfast was wonderful and the area was super walkable, with lots of restaurants (and the park!). The hotel was updated and immaculate. We were coming from the US and were unsure of the best area to stay in- but this was it! The only downside is that it is 30 min drive from the city center and museums- but we would absolutely stay here again.
