The toilet was dirty which freaked out my wife… I pulled up to the front of the hotel to check in and drop off my family and a cab driver start cussing and hitting the windows of the car with my family in it! Not the best area. Warning no AC, this is my fault for not checking but still no AC!

Brilliant hotel, basic room with all the necessary facilities for a one night stay, staff at reception were amazing and the breakfast options great. Communication outstanding and approximately to Frankfurt airport a total bonus.

Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!
