"This is a great house and location for large groups. The hosts were responsive and made it easy to check in and resolve any questions. The main thing to note for people visiting in the hot summer months is that the central air conditioning cannot adequately keep the house and certain rooms cool. Some rooms have individual AC units, and they are great, and others are on the ocean side and get a lot of breeze. But a few rooms don’t have AC (besides the weak central unit) or ocean breeze and just got too hot. It would be a great help to furnish those few rooms with their own AC units to help during the summer months. I would definitely consider returning, as the location and hosting were excellent."

"This is a beautiful property located nice and close to Moonlight Beach. There were 10 family members there, 5 adults, 5 children for a semi-annual family reunion. The house was large enough, well furnished, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there!"

"Our family of 7 had a great vacation at this cliffside home. The house is wonderfully located for a private restful visit while close to beach, restaurants (get the Cardiff Crack) and shops so driving was minimal. The closest beach is accessed by steep stairs but easier to access beaches are close by. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to eat and cook if you choose. We and our 2 dogs spent most of our home time on the fabulous deck watching surfers, dolphins, swimmers and the waves. The owner is very responsive and informative."
