Manage expectations. The photos online are misleading they are taken from impossible positions to disguise the fact that the “room” is little more than a pod they also give the impression of windows; yes there is a footnote saying the room is without a window but it is easily missed. The hot drinks room was disappointing!

A superb-short stay at the hotel. Very clean-comfortable hotel. My guests, Richard and Mark were perfect hosts, going about and beyond when I locked myself out. A very nice continental breakfast with great views. I will definitely be coming back.

Check in was good and pleased with the room. What needs to improve is the breakfast and staff. Welcome staff hiding round the corner on phone. After asking did not tell us how breakfast worked. Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too!
