### Terwa-ukko 2 by Interhome

Renovated semi-detached house in a prime location at Hallanranta in Ukkohalla Ski Resort. Stunning views of the lake and the ski slopes on the opposite shore. Quiet yet central location.  
  
Terwa-ukko 2 (B-side), 45m² + loft.  
  
Downstairs features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a sauna, and a bathroom. The shower/WC area has plenty of drying racks for gear.  
The fireplace is not in use.  
  
The loft offers sleeping space for three (80cm x 200cm beds).  
  
The yard has ample space for a car and a trailer. At the end of the road (10m), there is a parking area with additional space. You can access the snowmobile trail directly from the yard, just 200 meters away.  
  
Included in price:
