"Our stay felt very homey. Our stay felt very clean. I love the decoratives by the windows. Communication with the host was convenient, fast and met our expectations. My family really enjoyed the game room. They loved it and requested we get a pool table and ping pong table. Our stay was quick but we enjoyed every minute of it. That was the favorite go to area. If we are ever in that area again, we would love another stay. Thank you to the host."

"The university Inn has an excellent location and the rooms are nice. I wouldn’t say the beds are extremely comfortable, but they are OK. The shower is nice and the setup of the room is great with a nice long desk area. The breakfast is also very good with lots of choices and later hours on the weekends. It’s quite fresh! You should know, however, that the HVAC system is somewhat loud in some of the rooms. If you were looking for a very quiet, peaceful night, ask for one of their quieter rooms. I also want to mention how great the staff is! Very helpful, (even in the middle of the night when my cell phone was dropped outside and they went out to look for it!). It’s time to make some changes to the HVAC system and fan noise in the rooms but, I would stay again. You can’t beat this location."

"If you have young children or grandchildren this the place for you the outdoor playground is amazing- kept the grandchildren busy throughout our stay- The kitchen is fully equipped (amazing) Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating- there are pictures in frames throughout the house with helpful reminders -Also included 2 vehicle passes to Ideal Beach plan on a day of adventures"
