"New property in redeveloped area near the university. Has a bar, free breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Matthew went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Highly recommend if staying to visit kid at CU. Very close to upscale shopping center and restaurants. Room was well appointed, clean, and large. Great value for price."
